Appointment Policy
I understand that there are times where you must miss an appointment due to family, work, or or other obligations. If an appointment is not cancelled 24 hours before your reservation you will be charged 100% of your service(s) value.
Late Policy
if a guest is more than 20 minutes past their appointment time you will have to reschedule and there will be a 50% charge for your missed appointment and/or adjustments will be made to your service to honor the next guest and service provider.
No Show No Call Policy
If you do not call to cancel or fulfill your appointment, you will be charged 100% of all services booked.
Scheduling Policy
I am always excited to work with you and your needs, as well as help with scheduling or address any concerns. If you would like to communicate via instagram or email, please do so and expect a response between the hours of 9am-7pm. I value my family time and like to save work for work hours. If I am on vacation or tending to family matters I will reach back out when I'm available.
Refund Policy/Redo Policy
Refunds are not issued for any services. If you are unhappy with your hair or something isn't quite right about it, I am happy to make adjustments and/or accommodations to support your needs before 2 weeks after your reservation. EXAMPLE: If you booked a hair color and decide 15 days later that you want something adjusted, you will be responsible for scheduling a new service and cost associated with the new reservation.
